How to Order

Custom Orders

• Follow the link above to fill out a form for all of your custom order details.

Turn-around Time 

• Turnaround time for custom pieces is roughly 1-2 weeks. Your patience is appreciated!

Delivery Options 

• Free pick-up from Edgewater/Loyola 
• Delivery within Chicago city limits ($5-10)
• Shipped to you (price TBD based on location/item size)

*You will be provided an option to select your delivery preference and provide your delivery address when filling out the Google form.

Payments 

• Once the Google form is received, an invoice will be provided to you for approval outlining the base pay for your commission, any expenses incurred in order to complete your commission, and any applicable delivery/shipping fees.
• Please note, the commission process for your request will not begin until payment is received in full.

• Each piece is carefully constructed, handmade, and one-of-a-kind - made just for you.
• For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE TO BE ISSUED. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
• As an artist, I will do my best to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your piece. I will send you photos for confirmation and approval wherever possible, and make any adjustments requested.
